Published the Spanish Newsticker Manual, for GNU Emacs 22.2

I just published a Spanish translation (raw version) of the Newsticker
Manual, for GNU Emacs 22.2.
As you know, this is an included manual for this "ticker" for
aggregated news (RSS, Atom).
First alpha test of translation, as always.
The text of the manual can be achieved in the Books section (Libros).
